- Description
We are currently seeking temporary Security staff to work for PMR, covering sickness and holidays at a number of luxury residential apartment buildings across London.
Candidates with experience working in luxury residential apartments, 4/5* hotel, front of house would also be desirable. SIA is also desirable, but not mandatory.Salary ranges between £9.20 per hour to £10.85 per hour dependant on which development you are covering. Holiday pay is also included per hour, and rate is doubled on bank holiday dates.
Duties may include:
Meeting and greeting residents
CCTV supervision
Undertaking regular site patrols
Supervising contractors
Assisting residents with day to day issues
Covering the concierge desk when requiredSuccessful candidates must be able to provide references for last two employers.
