Temp to Perm Day Concierge, Luxury Residential W2

We are working with a luxury residential building based in W2 who are looking to hire a customer service focused Day Concierge to join the team. The Day Concierge will be in charge of the main reception desk throughout their shift, providing a welcoming service for residents and ensuring the premises is safe.

The role will be temporary for 3 months and will then move into a permanent position

Hours: 4on 4off rota, 7am to 7pm

Salary: £28,500 per annum once permanent - £11ph + holiday pay whilst temping

Duties:

• Welcoming clients and residents
• Acting as the point of reference for visitors, Contractors and others who need assistance or information
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Procedures, lone working
• Facilitate Contractors' visits
• Parcel, Key and Laundry Services
• Issue communications to all residents, draft logs and breach update trackers
• Maintain inventory and stock of supplies for concierge desks
• Conduct regular patrols and site inspections
• Any other duties outlined by your Line Manager

Candidate Attributes:

• Proven experience as concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage
• Proficiency in English; multilingual is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Packages
• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
• Ability in multitasking and time-management
• Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
• Qualification in hotel management or relevant field is desirable
