- Description
PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across the UK and we are currently recruiting for a permanent Part-Time Day Concierge to work in Southall, London UB2.
Hours:
Mondays, Saturdays & Sundays: 7am - 7pm (36 hours per week)
Salary:
£23,811pa
You must have excellent customer service skills & dress immaculately.
Duties include:
- Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
- Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents' lockers.
- Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
- Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
Candidates MUST have previous experience working in either residential or working in 4-5* hotels.
