Front of House - Flexible Workspace & Coworking

Serviced Office. Flexible Workspace. Coworking. Business Centre Management. Front of House. Community Associate. Reception.

Location: London - Borough, Kings Cross or Tottenham Court Road

Salary: £25,250

Hours: Monday to Friday day shirfts - 37.5 hours per week

These workspaces, which are populated by professional and creative individuals, serve as the base for a thriving and varied network of companies, including both start-ups and well-known names.

You will work cooperatively with your building team to support the daily operations of the facility as a vital member of the operational team and the "face" of the business. You are in charge of providing a polished, sincere, and memorable welcome to each and every member as well as making sure that the daily operating duties necessary for the building are consistently completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors and members in a friendly, sincere, and expert manner
  • Assist with the planning and execution of fun events for the members
  • Go above and beyond the needs of the members by marketing all items, such as offices, coworking memberships, meeting spaces, virtual offices, services, and events
  • Return essential calls and reply to member emails from both internal and external sources
  • Conduct routine building walks to ensure that the visual standards in the buildings are maintained to an exceptionally high quality. This includes helping with general cleaning of social areas
  • Set up and refresh meeting spaces to ensure that caterers, teas, and coffees are present and ready for your members and visitors at the scheduled time
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post accurately, to ensure that it is properly franked and ready for collection / delivery

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Customer service experience, ideally front of house
  • Reception, MS Office, in particular Word and Excel
