Job Title: Receptionist

Reports To: Front of House Manager

Location: London - Magnus House

Working Hours Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm

Purpose of the Role

The role requires a receptionist who will have significant experience working in the Customer Service Industry for various clients within a robust corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Working on a FOH Reception providing an excellent Front of House Service.
• Assisting with Building viewings & Agency viewings.
• Provide outstanding Meet & Greet service.
• Assist with contractor management.
• Dealing with and transferring internal and external phone calls on the front Desk.
• Dealing with emails on the Front Desk.
• Providing Access to both Occupiers and Visitors, understanding your Occupiers Individual access requirements and procedures and following this to a strict and professional standard.
• To represent DTZ as a Company and also understand that you are at the forefront of a Prestigious Multi Occupied complex.
• To be familiar with your local area to ensure information can be provided to visitors & staff upon request.

Qualifications

Previous Reception experience necessary, preferably Corporate Reception.

Knowledge & Experience

Ability to understand the importance of your role as a FOH Receptionist, Preferable experience within a Corporate Reception Environment.

Experience in Dealing with Difficult Customers.
