Sales Manager - City of London
Office Sales. Membership Sales. Serviced Office. Flexible Workspace. Managed Office. Coworking. Business Centre.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus commission, OTE £60k
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Soho
Our client operates a reputable high-class serviced and managed office business in one of London's most desirable neighbourhoods. We're looking for a highly organised person with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You will be joining a small team where training will be offered, therefore prior industry experience is not necessary, but previous sales experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Making sure brokers and agents are aware of the portfolios' current and impending availability
Reviewing inbound leads, and accurately qualifying customers
Communicate with brokers to establish connections
- Manage a pipeline of available office space to get all sites up to 100% occupancy
Participating in networking events and viewings
Examining and negotiating license agreements
- Achieve monthly targets on viewings and sales
Qualifications:
- Strong client facing skills and experience
- Strong MS Office knowledge and experience
- Strong organisation and communication skills - written and verbal
- Natural relationship builder
