Junior Sales Manager - City of London
Office Sales. Membership Sales. Serviced Office. Flexible Workspace. Managed Office. Coworking. Business Centre.
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 plus commission
OTE: £40,000 - £60,000
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Soho
Our client operates a reputable high-class serviced and managed office business in one of London's most desirable neighbourhoods. We're looking for a highly organised person with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You will be joining a small team where training will be offered, therefore prior industry experience is not necessary, but previous sales experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the sales team to assist with day-to-day operations
- Reviewing inbound leads, and accurately qualifying clients for the London properties
- Actively seeking out new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Liaise with the broker to develop relationships
- Attending events to develop relationships
- Arranging viewings and attending viewings when needed
- Achieve monthly targets on viewings and sales
Qualifications:
- Strong client facing skills and experience
- Strong MS Office knowledge and experience
- Strong organisation and communication skills - written and verbal
- Natural relationship builder
