Summary
A property business, specialising in Block Management has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assitant to join the Service Charge team. The primary focus of the role will be supporting with the reconcilations, purchase ledger and issuing service charge demands. The role will also have the opportunity to understand the year end certification.
To support the delivery of these key programmes, our client is looking for a project manager with excellent engagement and communication skills, who feels as passionately as they do about resident experience and ensuring high quality service. This role is diverse and varied, providing management through various stages of programmes and projects.
Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will need to have accounting experience in the property sector, have an eye for detail and confident using systems, specifically Qube. Problem solving skills and being an excel super user are all important attributes for the role.
This position will suit those looking to further their careers in Service Charge Accounting. This is a remote role but when attending meetings you'll spend your time at their West End or Canary Wharf offices.
