Senior Block/Property Manager
Location: Remote working/Site visits required weekly
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
PMR are excited to be working with a leading Block Management company on an opportunity to manage a flagship portfolio across Central London(requirement for site visits East/Central) This home-based role would be working on three key sites with established 24/7 on-site teams
As a Senior Block Manager, you will report directly into the Associate Director for London and work on delivering major works projects, multi schedule service charge budgets, compliance and Chairing AGMs. This business is invested in customer service and this role would be best suited to a candidate with 4+ years' experience in large and complex management and experience of managing site staff teams would be beneficial
