Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Suppervisor to manage the daily operation to their residential estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- To have overall responsibility for all aspects of the daily operation to their estate.
- To oversee day-to-day and new starter training to all staff ensuring that the Management standards of operation and performance are adhered to at all times.
- To communicate any necessary training requirements/ courses for their site staff to Head Office.
- Reporting to the Property Manager and working with them to ensure that the services provided to all residents and staffs are in accordance to the company mission statement and company handbook.
- To oversee all expenditure to ensure that it falls within the current budget.
- Responsible for ensuring all maintenance contracts including all Health & Safety requirements are carried out according to the current schedules and legislation.
- Overall responsibility for the site fire and emergency procedures policy and relevant preventative measures are undertaken, including staff training.
- Liaison with all relevant parties on snagging issues and defects.
- Creation, organisation and implementation of systems relating to the smooth running of the site, including regulations for contractors and residents.
- Overall responsibility for the security of residents and the building at all times, ensuring that the safety of all residents and visitors is maintained.
- To be a part of the Team maintaining the policies, company rules and quality the company.
