Our client is seeking a Concierge/Porter to join their high end residential building based in Mayfair W1J!
Salary - £24k per annum
Hours - 4 on 4 off 6pm - 6am
Location - MayfairDuties
- To ensure security is maintained at the building. To take responsibility, in a crisis, (e.g., fire, flood, intruders), and take appropriate action.
- To supervise any keys which are held in reception by the staff. Ensure that they are correctly logged in and out.
- To monitor the presence of workmen around the building and supervise their activities to ensure minimum disturbance to residents. Daily records to be kept and report to Managing Agents/Board of Directors as required
- To supervise and monitor the registered mail and deliveries logged maintained by the staff
You will need a minimum of 12 months Concierge experience to be considered for this position. Please allow 2 weeks to be shortlisted, if this time frame has passed , then it's likely you've been unsuccessful.
