Senior Block Manager

We are seeking an experience Block Manager with fantastic customer service skills and a strong understanding of Landlord and tenant.

Portfolio: This is to manage a portfolio of mixture trustees (RMC and Freehold) there is 12-15 sites in total with 500 units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting property inspections and report on your findings.
• Ensuring timely completion of works
• Provide a high level of service and communication with all customers, including your clients, leaseholders, tenants, and contractors
• Request quotes for works and appoint contractors in conjunction with the client. Process the Works Order and ensure the work is completed on time, to budget and to a quality standard
• Authorise and process contractors' invoices
• Work with the Client Accounts team to prepare the annual service charge budgets and CAPEX plans for your clients in a timely manner
• Notify Client Accounts of any changes to billing arrangements, increases to fees or charges
• Produce management and financial reports in advance of the client meetings you attend
• Organise AGMs for clients in your portfolio
• Review Health and Safety reports for the properties in your portfolio
• Ensure compliance across the portfolio
• All forms of Tenant/Landlord communication

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must have 5 years experience

Desirable Requirements

• Industry related qualifications such as AIRPM / MIRPM/ RICS / IOSH

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is offering a salary of between £50,000K, depending on experience.
