These workspaces, which are populated by professional and creative individuals, serve as the base for a thriving and varied network of companies, including both start-ups and well-known names.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete a minimum number of tickets per month
- Provide the team with regular updates to ensure that all maintenance issues are being resolved in a timely manor
- Carry out building walks during every visit to maintain a high level of visual standards
- Taking ownership of own cleaning standards ensuring you leave working areas clean and tidy in line with company procedures
- Maintain regular contact with supervisor, keeping them fully updated of re-occurring issues, requesting involvement where necessary
Building Tasks:
- Preparation to surfaces, painting offices and communal areas
- Minor electrical works, changing light bulbs and fault diagnosis
- Building and moving furniture
- Replacing door handles and hinges
- Minor plumbing works, replacing taps, toilet seats and unblocking toilets
- Hanging wall mounted items such as whiteboards, TVs, clocks etc
- Carpet tiling
