We are working with a dymanic, developer focused Block Management agent who is seeking an experience Service Charge Accountant to join their close knit team.
The role will be working on the end-to-end service charge process in tandem with the property management team, across a portfolio of both residential and commercial properties.
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 based on experience
Location: West end - working 2 days a week at home
The Role
- Working with Propman and Dwellant being responsible for a portfolio of circa 20 Clients.
- Work with the Property Managers to process the service charge budgets.
- Complete service charge reconcilations monthly
- To provide budget V Actuals and reports to the Clients - detailing any variances.
- Managing the year end account process
- Preparing the service charges for certification
- Closing down the financial years on Propman.
About you
- An ability to work within a team and collabrate with Block Managers
- Prior experience in Service Charge Accounts
- Understanding of TECH 03/11 Residential service charge accounts
- Experience with Propman/Dwellant
