Description

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Helping and administering new maintenance requests from residents to ensure accurate information has been provided and being able to triage and validate these successfully
  • Liaising with third party contractors
  • Arranging access and administering keys to properties when required
  • Proactively building enduring relationships with residents
  • Supporting the team with enquiries, viewings and contracts when required.
  • Managing the resident contracting process, ensuring compliance with all standards, legislation and processes, controls and policies
  • Manage applicant checks (including referencing), ensuring that applicants are correctly screened and commercial risk managed
  • Undertake inspections of both occupied and vacant properties, to ensure apartments are maintained at the required standard, reporting breaches or maintenance issues
  • Move out and deposit release process
  • Ensure any portals are kept up to date, and on a regular basis. I.e. Rightmove/ Zoopla uploads daily
  • Accurately report and record all activity in line with company controls, processes and policies
  • Is responsive and empathetic with any issues raised by the portfolios ensuring that

maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and in accordance with the priority level

  • Deals with entry level complaints to a successful resolution for all parties, in accordance with company standards
  • Ensures the portfolio is Health & Safety compliant at all times and manages Permit to Work system
  • Keeps up with knowledge on compliance and health and safety
  • Attend Events held for residents.
  • Support social media activity, directly participating in accordance with brand standards
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the company offer at all available opportunities
  • Assist team members with ad hoc tasks where required

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous letting / property management or customer service experience
  • ARLA Property Mark qualification (not essential)
  • Great communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service
