Our client is currently seeking an ongoing Weekend Day Concierge to work at a high-end residential scheme in North London.
Shift pattern:
Saturdays & Sundays, 7am - 7pm (12-hour shifts)
Pay rate:
£9.20-£10.60 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting residents - providing excellent customer service at all time
- Dealing with parcels/packages
- Handling of keys
- Helping assist residents with carrying of parcels and shopping
- Reporting and Health & Safety issues
- Booking taxi's
- Screening and escorting visitors/guests
- Taking meter readings
Person Specification:
- Previous concierge experience essential
- Good customer service, as a lot of interaction with residents, contractors, visitors
- Ability to follow instructions
- Excellent team work skills
- Good computer skills - Microsoft office
- A very high standard of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene
- Previous experience working in luxury apartments or 4/5* hotels would be desirable
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
