- Description
We are working with a luxury residential development based in East London who are currently seeking an experienced Day Concierge to join the team. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors to the building. Our client is looking for someone with excellent customer service skills.
The shift pattern will be: Thursdays - 1pm to 7pm & Friday, Saturdays and Sundays - 7am to 7pm
Salary:
£24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
- Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents'.
- Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
- Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
- Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return
Candidates MUST have previous experience working in either residential or working in 4-5* hotels.
