Night Concierge

Location: North / Central London
Job Title: Night Concierge
Working Hours: 7pm - 7am / 4 on 4 off
Salary: £29,000 per annum

About the Role
We are looking for a professional, reliable and customer focused Night Concierge to join a residential development in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents, maintaining the security of the building and ensuring the smooth running of the development overnight.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Front of House

• Provide a welcoming, professional and friendly service to residents and visitors.
  
  
• Respond to resident enquiries, requests and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
  
  
• Manage incoming calls, emails and general reception duties.
  
  
• Assist residents with parcels, deliveries and key management in line with building procedures.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, tidy and presentable reception area.
  
  

Security & Building Management

• Monitor CCTV systems and control access to the building.
  
  
• Carry out regular internal and external patrols, checking communal areas, entrances and facilities.
  
  
• Identify and report maintenance issues, security concerns and health and safety hazards.
  
  
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, including fire alarms, leaks and security incidents.
  
  
• Ensure building policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  
  

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate daily reports, incident logs and shift handovers.
  
  
• Record visitor and contractor access in accordance with site procedures.
  
  
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on outstanding matters where required.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with the Building Manager and wider onsite team.
  
  
• Complete general administrative duties as required.
  
  

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Residential Concierge, Night Concierge or in a similar customer-facing role.
  
  
• Experience within luxury residential, hospitality or hotel environments would be advantageous.
  
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
  
• Good understanding of building security, health and safety and emergency procedures.
  
  
• Confident using CCTV, email and basic computer systems.
  
  
• Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure and use initiative.
  
  
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  
  
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working night shifts.
