Our client is a family run block/property management company based in Kew, London TW8 who are currently looking for a Property Manager to join the team!
Details:
- Portfolio of approximately 12 medium to large blocks across London (mainly Central and West)
- Start date 2 - 5 months time (March - May 2022)
- Salary £35,000-£45,000pa depending on experience
- Working hours are Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm (flexible hours and home/office hybrid working available)
- Full admin support provided
- All business expenses paid inc mileage rate for use of own car
- In-house and external training/CPD/professional qualification routes supported
- 28 days hols (including bank holidays) plus always have your birthday off
- Keep fit class at the office twice a week with professional PT.Requirements:
- Min 5 years experience of block management
- Good hands on experience
- Prepared to get stuck in
- Ability to handle residents meetings, manage major works, s20 projects and prepare budgets, etc.
- Previous experience using MRI/Qube software, MS Teams & Smartsheets would be beneficial
