One of our clients is looking for a new day concierge to join their Residential Building based in North West London.
Requirements:
- Valid CCTV SIA Licence
Proven concierge or front-of-house experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently/lone work confidently
About the role:
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
- £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Start date: asap
Duties:
Provide a warm and professional front-of-house presence for residents and guests
Monitor and operate CCTV systems, ensuring detailed logging and incident reporting
Handle deliveries, post, and parcel management efficiently
Maintain security protocols and conduct regular site checks
Assist residents with day-to-day queries and service requests
Liaise with contractors and ensure smooth operations within the building
Maintain cleanliness and order in communal areas
