One of our clients is looking for a caretaker to joing their team in ther student accommodation based in Westminster.
About the role:
- Salary: £24,640 per annum
- Hours: You will work 37.5 hours a week - on a flexible shift system (8.5 hours a day with different start/finish times between 7:30 - 22:00). Working 5 days out of 7; working weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Duties:
- Rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas in a timely manner
- Compacting large volumes of cardboard using the cardboard compactor (training will be provided)
- Checking the car park and ensuring cars are parked in their designated bays
- Delivering excellent service to customer and stakeholders
- Undertaking regular building patrols
- Cleaning the communal areas inside and outside including:Litter picking,Sweeping the courtyard area,Ensuring the communal lounges, lift lobbies and reception areas are kept clean, Hoovering carpets, Washing floors, Cleaning any glass surfaces, Dusting all surfaces including skirting boards, Jet washing floors.
