- Description
Purpose of Role: To undertake maintenance jobs across our client's residential block portfolio. To support the respective Building Managers in delivering a high level of customer service and a quality product.
Hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm
Salary: 30K per Annum
Tasks:
Maintenance
Liaising with Building Managers in respect of undertaking assigned maintenance works, in line with deadlines set, including:- Painting and Decorating
- Minor plumbing works eg, changing washers, unblocking sinks, toilets etc.
- Carpentry and woodwork repairs, such as hanging doors, pictures, and shelves: changing locks.
- Any other general maintenance work, as required.
Financial
- Raise orders for goods/supplies required to undertake maintenance works and within authorized limits, ensuring value for money.
- Responsible for completing monthy expense form in a timely manner.
Customer Service/Relationship Management
- Presents a professional image, acts as an ambassador for the brand, reflecting the values and standards of the Company at all times.
Brand & Reputation

Community Relations & Networking
- Establish positive working relationships and communications with colleagues, customers, tenants, suppliers and other third parties.
