- Description
We have a late afternoon concierge role in SM1 (Sutton) at a large site with 160 units & 17 floors.
Ideally we're looking for a candidate who is available to start immediately.
Job Title: Afternoon Concierge
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday
Times: 15:00pm - 23:00pm
Salary: £21,673per annum
Job Description:
- Being the primary key holder for the building and residents.
- Regular patrols of the residency which involves reporting any health & saftey risks & repairs required in the building.
- Managing residents queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Log and distribute parcels and deliveries on the behalf of residents.
- To oversee the communal fire alarm, adhering to processes in place to prevent false fire alarms.
- Monitor all guests and suppliers coming in and out of the building.
- Responding to telephone and emails requests.
Experience Required:
- 1 years + experience as a concierge in residential buildings or hotels.
