Description

VERTO HR are currently seeking an experienced Night Concierge to join a large residential development, based in Elephant & Castle.

The shift pattern will be, 4on/4off - 1900-0700

Salary: £25,025

Main Duties:

  • Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
  • Patrols
  • Key handling
  • Parcel deliveries
  • Good problem solving skills/using own initiative
  • Looking smart and well presented at all times
  • Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with the Estate Manager/team members

Benefits include company sick pay (post successfully passing probationary period), overtime paid at time and a third and extensive training for career development.

Experience within residential developments is preferable, experience within a hospitality environment is essential.

This role is subject to satisfactory basic DBS Checks.
