- Description
My client is looking for an enthusiastic, hard working immediately available candidate, who will be based on a fast paced, luxury, Residential development based in SE1.
Hours: 3PM - 11PM (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £24,170pa
Duties Involve
- Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
- Patrols
- Key handling
- Parcel handling
- Good problem-solving skills/using own initiative
- Looking smart and well presented at all times
- Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
- Maintain regular and effective communication with the Building Manager/team members
