Together with our clients, we manage the full spectrum of site staffing - from a single caretaker to an expansive, multi-skilled team - for some of the UK's largest residential developments.

We are currently recruiting a Junior Client Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Recruitment/ HR and be looking for an exciting challenge to develop new skills in a growing company.

Salary : £25,000 - 26,000 pa

Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Based : Oxford Circus, London (2 WFH days pw negotiable)

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Client Account Managers in overseeing a portfolio of clients in the Property Management sector, ensuring a high level of service is always provided and a strong working relationship is achieved and maintained.
  • Managing recruitment across a variety of temporary and permanent positions, holding first stage interviews, head hunting and talent spotting through various CV databases
  • Formatting CV's and creating job descriptions with the client to match their needs.
  • Taking minutes in disciplinary and 1-2-1 meetings with the Line Managers and Senior Client Account Managers
  • Arranging second stage interviews with the line managers and providing feedback to staff.
  • Building strong relationships with new starters, holding welcome inductions and ensuring the onboarding process is positive from start to finish in order to minimalize any potential issues that may arise.
  • Attending site visits in London and various developments across the UK
  • Arranging temporary cover for our permanent employee's holidays, keeping an updated and strong pool of candidates for each development.
  • Processing timesheets for our temporary staff, ensuring each timesheet correlates against the rotas and dealing with any pay queries that may arise.
  • Managing the overtime for all staff and processing the monthly time sheets.
  • Answering the phones in the office and working as a team with the other Client Account Managers and HR department.
