Description

Our client is seeking an expeirence Site Operative to join their team, based within a high end luxury residential building based in Portsmouth.

Job role details:
Salary - £24k - £30k ( depending on expereince )
Working hours - 8am-5pm Monday - Friday and one in three weekends

Jobs will include but not be limited to:

  • Working at heights
  • Working by and with water
  • Manual labour
  • Low level maintenance
  • Some minor cleaning
  • Refuse collection from outside of apartments
  • Collecting data
  • Painting and decorating
  • Preventative and reactive maintenance works.

Please note that you must have at least 1 years experience working within a similar postion to be considered for this role.
