Residential Amenities Concierge/Host

Our client is seeking an Amenities Concierge to join the their luxury residential building based in East London. They are looking for someone with previous hospitality, events or residential experience ideally but are open to those without experience looking to find their first role within the residential industry, to host their communal amenities on site.

Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 days on a weekly rota

Hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm / 3pm - 11pm (as per rota)

Salary: £23,000 PA

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide a quality service to the residents with job tasks and individual requests dealt with in an efficient and timely manner, greeting all residents in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage the booking process and preparations for communal spaces e.g. meeting rooms, dining areas and cinema rooms as well as all other amenities on site
• Set up booked spaces for booked events/parties
• Ensure a comfortable and clean environment is available for residents, including some stock and service duties

Desirable Experience/Attributes:

• Experience in Residential or 5* Hotels
• Previous experience in a Hospitality or Events setting
• Reliable and timekeeping
• Immaculate presentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
