Description

Our client is seeking a live-in Porter to join their team based in a luxury residential building in Kingston Upon Thames

Main Purpose of Job: The safety and security of the residents and building at all times. Supervision and maintenance of the estate and property

Hours - Monday - Friday 8am until 4pm
Salary - £28,000 per annum

Relationships:

  1. Responsible to the Managing Agents
  2. Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and cleaning staff
  3. Liaison with the Managing Agents, contractors, and cleaning staff

Main tasks of job:

  • To supervise cleaning operatives and other contractors
  • Provide access to contractors and third-party companies when required
  • To liaise with car parking operatives and day to day management of car parking areas and bicycle store
  • Co-ordinating deliveries from contractors
  • To give general assistance to residents when required
