- Description
We are actively seeking a Caretaker/ Handyman to join the team on a residential building based in West London. You will be based on site day to day assisting with generic caretaking duties, the client would ideally like someone capable of performing basic handyman duties too.
Hours: 6am to 2pm or 6.30am to 2.30pm
Salary: £21,000 - £22,000 per annum
Duties would include:
- Rotation of bins on collection days
- Sweep and mop main entrance & lift
- Sweep and mop bin room
- Sweep car park, garden and external area
- Assist residents and provide customer service when required
- Painting and decorating works
- General upkeep of the block to ensure it's kept in great condition
- Fixing door handles
Person Specification:
- Previous experience within residential or hotel environment in a similar role
- Honest and Reliable
- Team Player
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
