- Description
Our client is currently seeking an experienced & personable day Concierge to work at a large luxury residential site based in East London.
The shift pattern will be 4 on and 4 off, 7am - 7pm and the candidate will ideally be available for immediate start.
Essential Skills
- Welcoming visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required
- Accurate Parcel Handling and recording
- Dealing with all residents requests and complaints efficiently
- Maintaining a log book of current and past contractors and on site visitors
- Ensuring that the front desk is always covered & secure
Essential Experience
- Worked at a Residential Site Previously or 4*-5* Hotels
- Minimum of 2 years experience
