Description

Our Client are currently looking for an experienced Cleaner to work permanently at their luxury residential development based in West London.

Working Monday to Saturday (8am - 1pm, with a 15 minute unpaid break each shift). Annual leave is 20 days plus bank holiday dates.

Salary: £16,000 annually

Duties include but are not limited to:

Daily rubbish collection of bin bags outside each residential apartment
Daily sweeping of all block entrances
Report any maintenance or breakdowns immediately to the Senior Caretaker and continue to provide updates to both the Senior Caretaker and the residents as required.
Clean and disinfect all internal hard surfaces (including mirrors)
Vacuum clean all carpets on a weekly basis
Cleaning of stains on carpets
Dusting and clean of all woodwork (doors, balustrades, skirtings, windowsills etc.)
Polish all metal/brass furnishings on communal doors and windows
Clean and polish all intercom panels and front doors to blocks
Dust all window sills and ledges
Dusting of flat entrance doors
Cleaning scuff marks off walls
Clean garden WC
Clean basement welfare facilities
