Our Client are looking for an experienced Development Manager to join their team at a luxury residential development in Uxbridge.
Working Monday to Friday, with a salary of up to £55,000 annually.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage the day to day operations of the development and its employees
Ensure all services and activities are carried out efficiently
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with all stakeholders
Lead on the delivery of excellent customer service to all residents, contractors and visitors.
Taking responsibility for the management activities across the development
Monitoring performance against KPIs/SLA's and provide reports as required
Managing all on site staff
Managing the service charge expenditure and managing health and safety as well as reactive and planned maintenance.
The ideal candidate will need previous residential Property and/or Estate management experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills and have a good understanding of Health and Safety processes.
