- Description
Our client is actively seeking an afternoon Caretaker/ Porter to work at a traditional residential apartment block in South West London.
Hours: 7am to 12pm (Part Time - 25 hours per week)
Salary: £12,500 per annum
Duties required but are not limited to:
- Assist residents with any requests
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Ensure the tidiness of the common areas of the building
- Conduct patrols and site inspections
- Issuing of keys only to correct personnel whilst recording at all times the signing in and out of keys
- Assist residents with luggage/shopping
- Correct issuing of all parcels, keeping record
- Cleaning duties of communal areas when required
- Ensure effective security of residents and the building at all timesRequirements:

- Smart presentation
- Well spoken EnglishCandidates must supply 2 professional references and be able to undergo relevant vetting checks.
