Description

Our Client are currently seeking a Day Porter to work for a luxury residential development based in West London.

The role will be working 3 days on 3 days off with the hours of 6am - 6pm.

Salary is £22,000 annually.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Assist residents with any requests
- Provide a bespoke service
- Ensure the tidiness of the common areas of the building
- Conduct patrols and site inspections
- Issuing of keys only to correct personnel whilst recording at all times the signing in and out of keys
- Assist residents with luggage/shopping
- Correct issuing of all parcels, keeping record
- Cleaning duties of communal areas when required
- Ensure effective security of residents and the building at all times including manning any CCTV
- Be able to give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift
