PMR specialise in assisting luxury residential buildings across London with onsite staff.
We are currently seeking an experienced residential porters for a temporay on going opportunity based in W1.
This will be on an adhoc basis, with various shift patterns.Hours:
8am - 1pmMain Duties
- Responsible for the welcoming residents and guests to the property
- Responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of the reception area and common parts always
- To respond proactively to resident requests. Always respond a timely and polite manner
- To monitor all persons at the property and ensure they have a right to be present.
- Daily and weekly cleaning communal areas, including hoovering, polishing etc.
- Weekly testing of smoke/fire alarms
- To be courteous and helpful to all resident as well as to residents' staff and guests and to contractors employed by the residents of the building.
- Oversight and reporting of contractors onsite, keeping PM updated on progress and quality reports.
- Keeping a log of all contractors/visitors who are present on site. Ensuring all are signed in and out accurately.
