Our client is actively seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative to work on a residential development based in West Drayton. This position is available immediately, on a temp to perm basis.
Hours: Monday - Friday (either 6am to 2pm or 6.30am to 2.30pm)
Salary: £19,500 to £20,500 per annum
Duties:
- Inspect and clear bins areas, litter pick and check all main entrance doors
- Painting/ re-decorative works
- Fixing doors, fitting lightbulbs, fixing door handles
- Light plumbing and electrical works
- Completing all maintenance works at the asset for both internal and external aspects of the buildings, amenities, common areas, public realm and grounds
- Adhering to building standards, health & safety, statutory compliance, repair & maintenance and overall asset functionality
- Report liability and hazards (of any kind) immediately
Previous experience in a similar role within residential apartments or 4-5* hotels would be desirable.
