Temporary Residential Concierge

PMR supply professional front of house staff to luxury residential apartment blocks across various locations in London. We are actively seeking Temporary Concierges to work for us on zero hour contracts across high end sites.

The role of the Concierge is to provide exceptional customer service to residents and clients, with the ability to multitask on a busy front reception desk. We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, effective communication skills & you must be immaculately presented.

Hours: 8-12 hour shifts

Rates: £9.20 - £10.85 per hour + Holiday Pay

Core Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
• Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents' lockers.
• Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
• Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
• Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return

Preferably, you will have previous experience working in residential, 4-5* hotels or hospitality/front of house roles.
