Our Client are looking for an experienced Day Security Officer to work on a permanent basis at a luxury residential development based in West London.
** CCTV License is required **
Working Monday to Thursday, with the hours of 6am - 6pm.
Salary: £27,000 annually
- Efficiently run and maintain an organised loading bay, offering assistance to all delivery drivers who are delivering or collecting items from the estate
- Maintain smooth operation of the service yard and the car park areas; sharing and understanding of the client's vision of the development to deliver these values.
- Work closely with Estate Manager and all other employed staff and service providers within the development in ensuring that the highest standards at the properties are maintained at all times
- To answer the phone and on-site intercom system in a professional manner.
- To respond to all incoming issues the same day even if a resolution cannot be found
- To ensure calendars are kept up to date with all regular deliveries, meetings and appointments, utilising outlook or any other application as needed.
- To receive deliveries on behalf of leaseholders and tenants and communicate with the relevant party.
- To carry out full car park and loading bay inspection at commencement of shift, periodically throughout the shift and at end of the shift.
- To report any maintenance or breakdowns immediately to the line manager.
- To ensure all onsite log books are completed where relevant when contractors visit.
- To monitor vehicles entering and leaving the service yard
- To ensure bins are available for regular collections and use the bin tow equipment to manoeuvre bins on collection days to the designated collection point if applicable, or in assistance to the Operative team
- To deal with all queries on site efficiently and professionally and as appropriate direct queries to third parties for action, ensuring the person raising the query is informed of the action taken, the expected outcome and the timeframe involved.
- Ensuring bin stores are tidy and accessible - operative team will be responsible, but will be required to assist if necessary
- Litter picking in service yard, Rosewood Walk and surrounding areas - operative team will be responsible, but will be required to assist if necessary
- Ensuring all doors and access points including gates to service yard area are secure
