Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am, 4 on / 4 off
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Concierge to join a large, busy residential development in North West London.
This is a fast paced environment with a high volume of residents, visitors, contractors and deliveries, so we are looking for someone who is confident, professional and able to remain organised while managing multiple responsibilities throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities- Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service to residents, guests and visitors.
- Managing a busy reception/concierge desk throughout the night.
- Handling resident enquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Monitoring building security, access control and CCTV.
- Carrying out regular patrols of the development and communal areas.
- Managing keys, parcels and deliveries in line with site procedures.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies, incidents and maintenance issues.
- Liaising with contractors, security and other onsite teams when required.
- Maintaining accurate incident reports, shift logs and handovers.
- Ensuring reception and communal areas remain presentable and secure.
- Supporting the wider onsite team to maintain a high standard of resident service.
About You
- Previous Concierge, Front of House or residential property experience is essential.
- Experience working within a large, busy or fast-paced residential development is highly desirable.
- Confident managing a high volume of residents, visitors and enquiries.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, well-presented and approachable.
- Calm and confident when dealing with difficult situations or emergencies.
- Good attention to detail and able to follow procedures accurately.
- Comfortable working independently throughout the night.
- Good IT skills and confident using email, building management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Reliable, punctual and able to commit to a permanent 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern.
