Temporary Cleaner

We are working with a luxury residential developer to find an experienced Cleaner to provide temporary cover at a prestigious residential development in Central London.

This is a hands-on role maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the development. You will be working alongside the onsite team and interacting with residents, so we are looking for someone reliable, professional and comfortable working within a high-end residential environment.

Key Responsibilities
Clean communal areas including staircases, handrails, carpets, doors and windows.

Vacuum, sweep, mop, polish and dust throughout the development.

Carry out high-level dusting and detailed cleaning of skirting boards and other areas.

Clean lifts, including mirrors, internal surfaces and doors on each floor.

Empty bins throughout the building and assist with refuse and waste management.

Sweep and maintain external areas around the main entrances.

Carry out light cleaning of the estate office, kitchen and staff toilets.

Ensure all communal areas remain clean, tidy and well presented throughout the day.

Keep cleaning cupboards tidy and ensure equipment and chemicals are stored correctly.

Monitor cleaning supplies and report when replacements are required.

Report any maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns identified during your shift.

Provide a friendly and professional service when interacting with residents and the onsite team.

Assist with other reasonable duties when required.

What We're Looking For
Previous professional cleaning experience.

Luxury residential, hotel or high end commercial cleaning experience would be an advantage.

Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Flexible and available for temporary assignments.
