The role
You'll support a team of property managers with the day-to-day running of their portfolios. - Supporting site inspections and following up on actions arising from inspection reports
- Obtaining contractor quotations and helping progress health and safety, fire risk and asbestos actions
- Completing LPE1 forms and issuing service charge demands, budgets and standard correspondence to leaseholders
- Managing a small portfolio of your own or overseeing the administration for financial support clients
Skills and experience
Essential
- Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, ideally within property or block management
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
- Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients and contractors directly
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Familiarity with block management software
- Understanding of LPE1s, service charge processes or leasehold administration
- Interest in progressing towards a full property manager role
