Our client is seeking a Leasing Associate to join the team at a flagship 300+ unit Build to Rent development.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the living sector's most recognisable operators and play a key role within a vibrant, resident-focused community.
As the face of the development, you'll be at the heart of the resident journey, showcasing beautiful homes, building lasting relationships and helping people find a place they're proud to call home. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the leasing journey from initial enquiry through to move-in
- Conduct engaging property tours and showcase the benefits of the community
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing residents
- Respond to enquiries promptly and maintain accurate CRM records
- Support occupancy and leasing targets through proactive follow-up and conversion activity
- Coordinate move-ins, inventories and tenancy administration
- Work closely with the wider onsite team to ensure an exceptional resident experience
- Monitor local market activity and competitor offerings to maximise leasing performance
Your Requirements:
- Experience in Build to Rent, PBSA, residential lettings, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially minded with an ability to influence and convert enquiries
- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer pipelines
- Positive, proactive approach with a genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday as part of the site's leasing operation
