Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Leasing Assistant to support the performance of a high-quality Build-to-Rent residential scheme.
Working closely with senior onsite staff, you will play a key role across the full leasing and resident lifecycle - from enquiry handling and viewings through to move-ins, renewals, and ongoing tenancy management. This is a highly visible opportunity offering hands-on exposure across both leasing performance and customer experience within a fast-paced, service-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lettings process, including enquiries, viewings, offers, and move-ins
- Minimise void periods by ensuring apartments are let quickly and marketed effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and prospective customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer and tenancy-related queries
- Conduct check-ins, inspections, and check-outs, ensuring accurate reporting
- Support tenancy renewals and compliance processes
Your Requirements:
- Previous experience within leasing, property, or a customer-facing environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational setting
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering high standards of service
Desirable:
- Experience within Build-to-Rent, PBSA, or estate agency
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot
