Description

If you're a commercially minded property manager who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly for clients and tenants alike, this could be a strong next step.

About our client

Our client is a well-established, multi-disciplined property company based in central London, with a reputation built over decades of working across commercial and residential property management. They work with a broad client base, from private individuals through to financial institutions and listed companies, and their team brings deep knowledge of the central London market.

The role

This is a commercial property manager position sitting within a specialist team, supported by reactive maintenance and facilities coordinators. You'll take ownership of a mixed portfolio, predominantly commercial with some block management, and report to the Associate Director of Property Management. There's genuine scope for development here within a business that invests in its people.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, leaseholders and tenants
  • Managing key lease events, critical dates and CRM records
  • Overseeing rent collection, service charge demands and annual budget preparation
  • Coordinating reactive maintenance through a dedicated portal and progressing issues to completion
  • Managing major works projects and section 20 processes
  • Ensuring properties remain compliant with health and safety regulations and building safety legislation

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Solid experience in commercial property management, with a confident grasp of the full lifecycle from client liaison through to compliance and service charge
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal, comfortable managing multiple stakeholder relationships at once
  • Organised, self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
  • A collaborative team player who also has the initiative to work independently

Desirable

  • RICS, IFMA or equivalent industry qualification
  • Familiarity with property management or maintenance reporting platforms

Why join them

The salary range is £37,000 to £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a health cash plan, enhanced sick pay, a training loan to support professional development, pension contributions and a broader perks package. This is a business that takes development seriously and promotes from within.
