Description

Our client is seeking a personable, service‑driven Resident Services Associate to become a key front‑of‑house presence within a flagship Build‑to‑Rent development in Oxford. This is a highly visible role at the heart of the resident experience, playing a vital part in day‑to‑day operations, community engagement, and the delivery of exceptional service standards.

You'll be the face of the building, ensuring residents feel welcomed, supported, and valued at every touchpoint. Working as part of a close‑knit onsite team, you'll help drive resident satisfaction, maintain operational excellence, and contribute to a vibrant, well‑managed living environment aligned to a leading institutional landlord's brand and values.

If you thrive in customer‑facing environments where professionalism, energy, and people skills are essential, and you enjoy variety, responsibility, and being trusted to represent a premium residential brand, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long‑term career in Build‑to‑Rent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering a consistently high standard of front‑of‑house service.
  • Support the delivery of resident services across reception, meet & greet, parcel handling, inspections, and day‑to‑day enquiries.
  • Assist with lettings viewings, amenity space management, voids, and unit readiness.
  • Promote resident engagement and community‑building initiatives within the development.
  • Work collaboratively with onsite and company‑wide teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Uphold health & safety standards and contribute to well‑organised back‑of‑house operations.
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times, ensuring the building operates to a high standard.

Your Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer‑focused environments such as Build‑to‑Rent, residential lettings, hospitality, travel, or tourism.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and creating positive resident experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident, well‑presented, and comfortable engaging with a diverse resident base.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable, with a positive and resilient mindset.
  • Experience working towards service or performance targets is advantageous.
