- Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join the team at an exciting new luxury residential development in Birmingham.
This is a 15 month FTC role working 40 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date systems for all lettings activity, including rental data and viewing feedback
- Coordinate online marketing of available apartments
- Conduct property viewings and tours for prospective tenants and negotiate rental offers
- Manage applicant vetting and complete new let paperwork in line with procedures
- Support the negotiation of tenancy renewals where required
Requirements
- Previous experience within a busy residential leasing or lettings environment
- Experience conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confident using IT systems and databases
