Caretaker Supervisor

Our client is looking for a Caretaker Supervisor to join the team at a residential scheme in East London.

Working Hours - Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Daily Duties:

Residential and commercial bin and recycling collections.

Clean signage in central and lower gardens.

Cleaning gates, railings and benches across the development.

Sweep/clean all communal areas

Weekly Duties:

Pressure wash residential bins and bin rooms twice a week.

Cleaning of external grills/louvers, leaves, devris and messes

Wipe down of site equipment and tools

Ensure all site items are stored correctly

Monthly Duties:

Clean the internal and external vents and louvers

Dust/wipe all building entrances of cobwebs and dust car parks

Cleaning of pipes

Removal so leaves and rubbish

Loading bay to be cleaned and organised

You will manage 4 Caretakers so team management is vital for this role.

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
