Day Porter

Description

We are looking for a well-presented, proactive, and highly-experienced individual to join our team in Central London, W1 as a Day Porter.

We are ideally seeking candidates who are experienced and are passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

Shift pattern: 3 ON 3 OFF 5:30AM - 17:30PM


Salary: £26,000 PA

Duties and Requirements:

• Act as the first point of contact for residents during night hours, handling all enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and discreet manner at all times.
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the building and grounds to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and access control panels.
• Ensure all external doors and entry points remain secure.
• Undertake light cleaning duties in the reception area and common parts (e.g., wiping down surfaces, mopping up spills, removing litter) as required during the night shift.
• Ensure all communal areas remain tidy and presentable at all times.
• Experience in a similar night concierge, building caretaker, or security role within high-end residential environments preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and conduct.
• Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication.
• First Aid Certificate (preferred or willingness to undertake training).
• Good awareness of health and safety practices.
