General Manager

We're recruiting for a General Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of a BTR site. This role is central to ensuring seamless onsite operations, exceptional resident and customer experiences, and the long-term success of the asset. You'll lead multidisciplinary onsite teams, overseeing key functions such as customer experience, facilities and building operations, leasing activity, and health & safety compliance. With full accountability for the residential operating budget, you'll balance commercial awareness with service excellence.

• Comfortable managing complexity, motivating diverse teams, and making informed decisions under pressure.
• You communicate clearly at all levels and lead by example, building trust with residents, partners, and colleagues alike.
• Experience managing budgets and driving operational efficiency

Requirements

• Proven senior management experience within Build to Rent, property, hospitality, leisure, or a similar customer-focused environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing operational teams
• Strong understanding of building management, compliance, and health & safety obligations
